uP9521Q Description
The uP9521Q is an IMVP8 pliant desktop CPU voltage regulator controller that integrates a 4-phase PWM controller for Vcore and a 3-phase PWM controller for VccGT. The Vcore controller can be configured as 4/3/2/1phase and the VccGT controller can be configured as 3/2/ 1-phase for platform power design flexibility. This part outputs PWM signal to external MOSFET driver to drive the buck power stage.
