APW7316 is a high efficiency synchronous buck converter with integrated 100m/70mΩ of upper/lower power MOSFET.

Fast Load Transient Response.
Fixed 500kHz Switching Frequency.
Build-in soft start function.
Output Adjustable from 0.6 V to 5V.
