AN3202 1MHz Step-Up PWM Converter with 5.5A Switch Current General Description Features The AN3202 is a current-mode boost DC/DC  Adjustable Output Voltage up to 12V converter with a 5.5A, 0.1Ω internal power  Internal 0.1Ω, 5.5A, 18V Power MOSFET MOSFET to provide this regulator highly power  Internal Soft-Start efficient. The AN3202 operates at 1MHz allowing  Fixed 1MHz Switching Frequency for easy filtering and low noise. Internal  Current Mode Operation compensation makes the user to set system easily,  12V Output at 1A from 5V Input for AN3202 which allows the use of small, low-ESR ceramic  Cycle-by-Cycle current limit output capacitors.
