EM6635 - Low Power Microcontroller

Description

The EM6635 is a low voltage, low power microcontroller containing 9 integrated high-drive outputs able to provide up to 20mA.

It is ideal for use in applications in which one must drive devices such as motor drivers, small stepping motors, LEDs, triacs, external EEPROM or other ICs in the system.
