SRV05-4 Low Capacitance Steering Diode

The SRV05-4 of transient voltage suppressors (TVS) is designed to protect high speed data interfaces which are connected to data and transmission lines from overvoltage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), and lightning. The SRV05-4 incorporates eight surge rate.
