UJA1161 General Description

The UJA1161 is a ‘self-supplied’ high-speed CAN transceiver integrating an ISO 11898-2/5 compliant HS-CAN transceiver and an internal 5 V CAN supply. The only supply input is a battery connection. The UJA1161 can be operated in a very low-current Standby mode with bus wake-up capability. The UJA1161.
