UJA1161
Description
The UJA1161 is a ‘self-supplied’ high-speed CAN transceiver integrating an ISO 11898-2/5 pliant HS-CAN transceiver and an internal 5 V CAN supply.

- Battery and CAN bus pins are protected against automotive transients according to with ISO 7637-3
