SY21036
Overview
The SY21036 high-efficiency synchronous stepdown DC/DC converter operates using a clockcontrol and peak-current-mode control architecture and can deliver 1A load current over a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 40V. It integrates a main switch and a synchronous switch with low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss and features very low quiescent current to achieve high efficiency under light load.
