General Description

The XC6408 series is a positive voltage regulator IC manufactured using CMOS process with 28V operation voltage.

The series consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a current limiter, a thermal shutdown circuit and a phase compensation circuit plus a driver transistor.

The output voltage and the detect voltage are user selectable in 0.1V increments.
