The S-24C32C/64C H series has the capacity of 32 K-bit and 64 K-bit, and the organization is 4096 words  8-bit, 8192 words  8-bit, respectively. Page write and sequential read are available. Caution Before using the product in automobile control unit or medica.

* Operating voltage range: Read 2.5 V to 5.5 V Write 2.5 V to 5.5 V

* Page write: 32 bytes / page

* Write time: 400 kHz (VCC = 2.5 V to 5.5 V) 5.0 ms max.

* Noise suppression: Schmitt trigger and noise filter on input pins
