APL3227E High-Current Overvoltage Protectors with Adjustable OVLO .
The APL3227E overvoltage protection devices feature a low 50mΩ (max) RON internal FET and protect low-voltage systems against voltage faults up to +28.

APL3227E Features

* Wide supply voltage range from 3.8V to 28V
* Low ON resistance: 50mΩ(Max) at a supply voltage of 5V
* Flexible overvoltage-protection trip level -Wide adjustable OVLO threshold range from 4V to 20V -Preset internal accurate OVLO threshold
* Low quiescent current 70µ
