APL3228 High-Current Overvoltage Protectors with Adjustable OVLO .
The APL3228 overvoltage protection devices feature a low 50mΩ(typ) RON internal FET and protect low-voltage systems against voltage faults up to +28VD.

* Low ON resistance: 50mΩ(typ) at a supply voltage of 5V
