APW7410 2.2MHz Buck Converter

APW7410 is a high-frequency 1A synchronous buck converter with integrated 75mΩ high side and 50mΩ low side power MOSFET. The APW7410, design with a COT control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 2.5V to 6V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.6V to 4V to provide excellent output voltage re.
