APW7438A/B 7A Constant On Time Synchronous Buck Regulator with I2C Production .
The APW7438A/B is a digitally controlled step-down regulator IC with an integrated 20mΩ high-side P-channel MOSFET and an 8mΩ low-side N-channel MOSFE.
