3134 BIPOLAR HALL-EFFECT SWITCH FOR HIGH-TEMPERATURE OPERATION This low-hysteresis bipolar Hall-effect switch is an extremely temperature-stable and stress-resistant sensor especially suited for operation over extended temperature ranges to +150°C.
