Description
The CT813x series of omnipolar tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) digital switches are designed for consumer and industrial applications.
The devices are based on Allegro patented XtremeSense™ TMR technology with integrated CMOS process to provide a monolithic solution for superior sensing performance.

- Sensitivity with BOP range: 9 to 70 G.
- Ultra-low power consumption: ~110 nA @ VDD = 1.8 V and fS = 2 Hz.
- Supply voltage range: 1.7 to 5.5 V.
