CT8131 Integrated Omnipolar TMR Digital Switches

The CT813x series of omnipolar tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) digital switches are designed for consumer and industrial applications. The devices are based on Allegro patented XtremeSense™ TMR technology with integrated CMOS process to provide a monolithic solution for superior sensing performance. .

* Ultra-low power consumption: ~110 nA @ VDD = 1.8 V and fS = 2 Hz

* Supply voltage range: 1.7 to 5.5 V
