The HCPL-315X consists of an LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage.

HCPL-315J Features

* 0.6A maximum peak output current
* 0.5 A minimum peak output current
* 15 kV/µs minimum Common Mode Rejection (CMR) at VCM = 1500 V
* 1.0 V maximum low eliminates need for level output voltage negative gate drive ( VOL)
* ICC = 5 mA maximum sup
