Description

The CA-IS2062 is galvanically-isolated CAN transceivers with a built-in isolated DC-DC converter, that eliminates the need for a separate isolated power supply in space constrained isolated designs.

Integrated DC-DC converter for cable-side power.
Integrated protection increases robustness.
3.75kVRMS withstand isolation voltage for 60s (galvanic isolation).
±150kV/μs typical CMTI.
±58V fault-tolerant CANH and CANL.
±30V extended common-mode input range (CMR).
Transmitter dominant timeout prevents lockup, data rates down to 5.5 kbps.
Thermal shutdown.
Wide operating temperature rang.
