IL233-xx Low Dropout Voltage Regulators

The IL233 is a series of low dropout voltage regulators which can provide 500mA of output current. The IL233 is available in seven fixed voltage,,1.25, 1.5, 1.8, 2.5, 2.85, 3.3 and 5.0V. Additionally it is also available in adjustable version. It includes output current-limiting and thermal-limiting.
