CPC1596GS Load-Biased Gate Driver

The CPC1596 is an optically isolated, load-biased Gate Driver that requires no additional power supply to bias the external MOSFET gates; in the off-state it regulates the voltage drawn from the load (up to 570V) down to 12.2V for internal use. It is specifically designed for low duty cycle switchin.
