The ICS873032 is characterized to operate from either a 3.3V for a 5V power supply. FEAT.

* 1 differential 3.3V, 5V LVPECL / ECL output

* 1 differential PCLK, nPCLK input pair

* PCLK, nPCLK pair can accept the following differential input levels: LVPECL, LVDS, CML, SSTL

* Input frequency: 4GHz

* Translates any single ended input signal to 3.3V LVPE
