Description

The MPM3620 is a synchronous rectified, stepdown module converter with built-in power MOSFETs, inductor, and two capacitors.

Features

include over-current protection(OCP) and thermal shut down(TSD). MPM3620 eliminates design and manufacturing risks while dramatically improving time-tomarket. The MPM3620 is available in a space-saving QFN-20 (3mmx5mmx1.6mm) package.
