Description

The MPQ2169B is an internally compensated, dual, pulse-width modulation (PWM), synchronous step-down regulator that operates from a 2.7V to 6V input voltage (VIN) and generates an output voltage (VOUT) as low as 0.6V.

Features

include cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. The MPQ2169B requires a minimal number of readily available, standard external components, and is available in a QFN-18 (2.5mmx3.5mm) package.
