Improved, Ultra Low Noise ±1 g Dual Axis Accelerometer with Digital Outputs MXD2020GL/HL MXD2020ML/NL .
The MXD2020GL/HL/ML/NL is a low cost, dual axis accelerometer fabricated on a standard, submicron CMOS process.
