24AA024 2K I2C Serial EEPROM

The Microchip Technology Inc. 24AA024/24LC024/ 24AA025/24LC025 is a 2-Kbit Serial Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM). The device is organized as one block of 256 x 8-bit memory with a two-wire serial interface. Its low-voltage design permits operation down to 1.7V, with standby and active currents .

24AA024 Features

* Single Supply with Operation from 1.7V to 5.5V for 24AA024/24AA025 Devices and 2.5V to 5.5V for 24LC024/24LC025 Devices

* Low-Power CMOS Technology: - Read current: 1 mA, maximum - Standby current: 1 µA, maximum (I-temp.)

* Organized as a Single Block of 256 Bytes (256 x 8)
