APT28F60S N-Channel FREDFET

APT28F60B APT28F60S 600V, 30A, 0.22Ω Max, trr ≤230ns N-Channel FREDFET Power MOS 8™ is a high speed, high voltage N-channel switch-mode power MOSFET.
