BD9151MUV Output 1.5A or Less High Efficiency Step-down Switching Regulator

ROHM’s high efficiency dual step-down switching regulator BD9151MUV is a power supply designed to produce a low voltage including 1.8 volts or 1.2 volts from 2.8 volts to 5.0 volts power supply line. Reset circuits of input power supply voltage and external Pch MOSFET gate controller are incorporate.
