DA9281 8 Channel System PMIC supporting DDR VTT DA9281 is an 8-channel power management integrated circuit (PMIC) with 4 buck regulators, 3 LDOs and 1 voltage buffer to support DDR VTT termination.
Key functions for power applications, such as softstart, selectable preset output voltage, flexible power-up and power-down sequences are provided on chip and are programmable via the I2C interface with non-volatile memory defaults.
All 8 channels have an output discharge function and protections feat
