STSPIN32G0251 250V three-phase BLDC controller

1 Description The STSPIN32G0251 is a system-in-package providing an integrated solution suitable for driving three-phase applications. It embeds an MCU (STM32G031x8x3) featuring an Arm 32-bit Cortex®-M0+ CPU and a 250 V triple half-bridge gate driver, able to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBT.

STSPIN32G0251 Features

* Three-phase gate drivers

* High-voltage rail up to 250 V

* dV/dt transient immunity ±50 V/ns

* Gate driving voltage range from 9 V to 20 V

* Driver current capability:

* 200/350 mA source/sink current @ 25 °C

* 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0+ MCU cor
