LC74799 On-Screen Display Controller

Pin No. 1 2 Pin name VSS1 XtalIN Crystal oscillator 3 XtalOUT (MUTE) (MUTE input) Ground Function Ground connection (digital system ground) These pins are used either to connect the crystal and capacitors used to form an external crystal oscillator circuit to generate the internal synchronizing sig.
