WS2995 General Description

WS2995 is a high performance dual channel synchronous rectifier controller, which is applied to the output side rectifier of half bridge LLC resonant converter, and can realize the optimal control of MOSFET. By detecting the Vds voltage of the rectified MOSFET, the MOSFET can be reliably switched on.
