TPS2155 Description

TPS2145, TPS2147 TPS2155, TPS2157 SLVS333 * AUGUST 2001 LDO AND DUAL SWITCH WITH CONTROLLED RISE TIMES FOR DSP AND PORTABLE APPLICATIONS FEA.
Two power-distribution switches and an adjustable (TPS2145) or fixed (TPS2147) LDO are incorporated in one small package, providing a power management.
