The TPS25948xx family of eFuses is a highly integrated, circuit-protection and power-management solution in a small package. The devices provide multiple protection modes that use few external components and are a robust defense against overloads, short-circuits, voltage surges and excessive inrush.

TPS25948 Features

* Wide operating input voltage range: 3.5V to 23V

* 28V absolute maximum

* Can be powered from either IN or OUT

* Integrated back-to-back FETs with low ONresistance: RON = 12.2mΩ (typ)

* Ideal diode operation with true reverse current blocking (RCB)
