TPT4031 Overview
3PEAK’s TPT4031 is an enhanced RS422 device which meets standard TIA/EIA-422-B with strong ESD protection capability. The BUS-pin can pass ±18kV HBMESD, and ±15 kV IEC-Air ESD protection. It works in wide power supply range:.
