BDA4601 Description
The BDA4601 is a 50Ω digital step attenuator model which provides adjustable attenuation from 0 to 31.5 dB in 0.5 dB steps. The control is a 6-bit serial interface and parallel interface. Covering 1MHz to 4.0 GHz, the insertion loss is less than 1.5 dB typical.
