BDA4630 Description
The BDA4630 is a broadband, Highly accurate 50Ω digital step attenuator model which provides adjustable attenuation from 0 to 31.5 dB in 0.5 dB steps. The control interface supports a 6-bit serial interface with 3-bit addressable function and latched parallel interface. BDA4630 supports a broad operating frequency range from 1MHz to 6.0 GHz.
