General Description

The AP22811 is a single channel current-limit integrated high-side power switch optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) and other hotswap applications.

The family of devices plies with USB standards and is available with both polarities of Enable input.

Pin Assignments OUT 1 SOT25 5 IN The device has fast short-circuit response time for improved overall system robustness, and has an integrated output discharge function to ensure pletely controlled discharging of the output voltage capacitor.
