General Description

The AP22804/AP22814 is a single channel current-limited integrated high-side power switch optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) and other hot-swap applications.

The family of devices plies with USB standards and is available with both polarities of Enable input.

The device has fast short-circuit response time for improved overall system robustness, and has an integrated output discharge function to ensure pletely controlled discharging of the output voltage capacitor.
