Using advanced Field Stop Trench and Shorted Anode technology, Fairchild’s Shorted AnodeTM Trench IGBTs offer superior conduction and switching performances, and easy parallel operation with exceptional avalanche capability.

This device is designed for induction heating and microwave oven.
