General Description

The Fujitsu MBL8051 AH/8031 AH are single-chip 8-bit microputers developed as members of the MBL8051 Series.

These microputers have powerful architecture and instruction set designed for controller applications.

The MBL8051AH contains a 4K x 8-bit program memory (mask ROM), a 128 x 8-bit data memory (static RAM), 32 I/O lines configured as four 8-bit parallel ports, two programmable 16-bit timer/counters, a programmable serial I/O port, a five-source two-priority-Ievel multi-interrupt function, and on-chip oscillator with clock circuitry.
