BS83B12C Description
This series of devices are a Flash Memory type 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontroller with fully integrated Touch Key functions. With the Touch Key function provided internally and including a fully functional microcontroller as well as the convenience of Flash Memory multi-programming.

- Up to 0.25μs instruction cycle with 16MHz system clock at VDD=5V
- Power down and wake-up functions to reduce power consumption
- Oscillator types: -- Internal High Speed RC
- HIRC -- Internal Low Speed 32kHz RC
- Multi-mode operation: FAST, SLOW, IDLE and SLEEP
- Fully integrated internal oscillator requires no external ponents
- All instructions executed in one or two instruction cycles
