The MPQ2169B is an internally compensated, dual, pulse-width modulation (PWM), synchronous step-down regulator that operates from a 2.7V to 6V input voltage (VIN) and generates an output voltage (VOUT) as low as 0.6V.

MPQ2169B 6V, Dual 1.4A/1.4A or 2A/0.8A, Low-IQ, Synchronous Buck with PG and SS, AEC-Q100 Qualified DESCRIPTION The MPQ2169B is an internally compensated, dual, pulse-width modulation (PWM), synchronous step-down regulator that operates from a 2.7V to 6V input voltage (VIN) and generates an output voltage (VOUT) as low as 0.6V. The MPQ2169B can be configured as a 1.4A/1.4A or 2A/0.8A output current (IOUT) regulator, and is ideal for powering portable equipment that runs on a single-cell Li-ion battery due to its low 65µA quiescent current (IQ). The MPQ2169B integrates dual, 60mΩ, highside MOSFETs (HS-FETs) and 25mΩ synchronous rectifiers to achieve high efficiency without an external Schottky diode.
