1 Introduction 1.1 Overview The MM32F5280 microcontrollers are based on Arm China STAR-MC1 core. These devices have a maximum clocked frequency of 120MHz, built-in up to 2.25MB Flash storage (including 256KB on-chip Flash and 2MB QSPI Flash), 192KB SRAM, and contain an extensive range of peripherals and I/O ports.
