RT6323 Overview
The RT6323 is a high-efficiency synchronous stepdown converter with a pseudo-constant switching frequency 600kHz, delivering up to 8A continuous and 10A peak output current. The RT6323 operates from 3V to 23V input voltage. It supports 2-bit VID and low power mode (LPM#) to dynamically change the output voltage to satisfy VDD_MEM applications.
