Features
The SY20011 high-efficiency 1MHz synchronous Buck converter operates over a wide input voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V and is capable of delivering up to 500mA output current. It integrates a top FET and a bottom FET with very low RDS(ON) to minimize conduction loss.
The SY20011 adopts a constant on-time and ripple-based control strategy to achieve fast transient responses. The input and output capacitors, the inductor, and the resistor-divider ponents must be selected for the targeted application specifications.
