XC6206J Description
XC6206J series are highly precise, low noise, positive voltage LDO regulators manufactured using CMOS processes. The series achieves very low supply current, 1.0μA (TYP.) and consists of a reference voltage source, an error amplifier, current limit circuit, and a phase pensation circuit plus a driver transistor. The series is also patible with low ESR ceramic capacitors (CL), which give added output stability.
