The XC9501 series are PWM controlled, PWM/PFM automatic switching controlled, multi-functional, dual step-up DC/DC converter controller ICs.
With 0.9V (±2%) of standard voltage supply internal, and using externally connected ponents, output voltage can be set freely on both DC/DC controllers between 1.5V to 30V.
With a 180kHz frequency, the size of the external ponents can be reduced.
