The IC has a MOSFET (D-MOS) output which can be directly driven from a CMOS or TTL logic circuit (e.g., an MPU). This IC is a monolithic power IC with intelligent features of protection and diagnostic functions. TPD1054F 2. Applications Solenoid drive, mechanical relay drive and lamp drive.
