AWR6843 - mmWave Sensor

Description

The AWR6843 is an integrated single chip mmWave sensor based on FMCW radar technology capable of operation in the 60-GHz to 64-GHz band.

It is built with TI’s low power45-nm RFCMOS process and enables unprecedented levels of integration in an extremely small formfactor.

  • Integrated PLL, transmitter, receiver, Baseband, and A2D.
  • 60- to 64-GHz coverage with 4-GHz continuous bandwidth.

  • Three transmit channels.
  • Supports 6-bit phase shifter.
  • Ultra-accurate chirp engine based on fractionalN PLL.
