APW8805 Description
High Efficiency up to 95% APW8805 is a 3A synchronous buck converter with inte- Adjustable Output Voltage from 0.6V to VVIN grated 75mΩ high side and 55mΩ low side power Integrated 75mΩ High Side / 55mΩ Low Side MOSFETs. The APW8805, design with a current-mode MOSFETs control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 2.6V to Low Dropout Operation: 100% Duty Cycle Mode Selection - APW8805.
