General Description

The DIODES™ AP22816/17/18 is a single-channel, current-limited, integrated high-side power switch optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) and other hot-swap applications.

The family of devices complies with USB standards and is available with both polarities of enable input.

The device has fast short-circuit response time for improved overall system robustness, and has an integrated output discharge function to ensure completely controlled discharging of the output voltage capacitor.

  • Input Voltage Range: 2.7V to 5.5V.
  • 75mΩ On-resistance.
  • Built-in Soft-start with 0.6ms Typical Rise Time.
